Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the services provided by Peleg Web Services ("we", "us", "our") to you, the client ("you", "your"). By approving a written proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence for that project.

2. Services and scope

We provide three services to business clients:

Website design and development. Design, build and launch of a business website, including page copywriting, responsive layouts and basic search engine setup.
Social media management. A recurring monthly service covering content planning, post creation, scheduling, routine community management and monthly reporting.
Google and Meta advertising management. A recurring monthly service covering campaign setup, conversion tracking, targeting, ad creative and ongoing optimization.

The exact deliverables for your engagement are listed in the written proposal we send you. Anything not listed in that proposal is out of scope. If you ask for additional work, we will quote it separately and will not begin until you approve the new quote in writing.

3. Quotes, invoicing and payment

All prices are quoted, invoiced and payable in United States dollars (USD). Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we issue them.

Website projects. 50% of the total project fee is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on launch, before the finished site is transferred to you.
Monthly services. Social media management and advertising management are billed monthly in advance, on the same day of each month that the service started.
Advertising budget. Your advertising spend is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to Google and Meta using your own payment method. We never bill you for ad spend and never mark it up.

Invoices are sent by email and are due on receipt unless the invoice states otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment page over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We never see, handle or store your full card number.

Invoices unpaid more than 14 days after the due date may result in work being paused until the balance is settled. We will always email you before pausing any work.

4. Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

This section sets out when your services are delivered, how you can cancel, and when you are entitled to a refund. If anything here is unclear, email Info@pelegwebservices.online or call (818) 934-0506 before you pay, and we will explain it.

4.1 Delivery of services

All of our services are delivered electronically and remotely. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

Service	When it is delivered
Website design and development	Typically 2 to 4 weeks from the date we receive your deposit and all required content. The agreed timeline is confirmed in your proposal. The finished site is delivered by publishing it to your hosting and transferring ownership to you.
Social media management	The service begins within 5 business days of your first payment. Content is delivered continuously throughout each monthly billing period, with a performance report at the end of each month.
Google and Meta advertising	Campaigns are built and submitted for platform review within 5 business days of your first payment and the granting of account access. Optimization is delivered continuously throughout each monthly billing period.

If a delivery date is going to slip for any reason on our side, we will tell you in writing as soon as we know, along with a revised date.

4.2 Cancellation

Monthly services. You may cancel social media management or advertising management at any time by emailing us with at least 30 days' notice. Your service continues through the end of the notice period, and no further payments are taken after that. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract term beyond the first month.
Website projects before work begins. If you cancel within 3 business days of paying your deposit and before we have started design work, you receive a full refund of the deposit.
Website projects after work begins. If you cancel once design or development work has started, you are billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance of your deposit is refunded to you.

4.3 Refunds

If we fail to deliver a service described in your proposal, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that undelivered service.
Monthly service fees are not refundable for a billing period that has already been worked, because the content and campaign management for that period has already been produced and delivered. Cancelling stops all future billing.
Amounts you paid directly to Google or Meta as advertising spend are not refundable by us, as we never receive those funds. Refund requests for ad spend must be made to those platforms directly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

To request a refund or cancel a service, email Info@pelegwebservices.online with your business name and invoice number. We acknowledge every request within one business day.

4.4 Revisions and satisfaction

Website projects include two rounds of revisions at each stage, as described in your proposal. Our aim is that you are satisfied before launch. If you are unhappy with any deliverable, tell us before requesting a refund or filing a chargeback. Most concerns are resolved quickly with a conversation.

5. Your responsibilities

To deliver on time we need your cooperation. You agree to:

Provide content, logos, images, account access and approvals in a reasonable timeframe.
Confirm that you own or are licensed to use any material you give us.
Give a single named point of contact who can approve work.
Comply with the terms of the platforms we work on for you, including Google and Meta advertising policies.

Delays caused by outstanding content or approvals will extend delivery dates accordingly.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced for you, including your website design, page content and social graphics, transfers to you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal templates. Third-party assets such as stock photography, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own licenses, which we will identify to you. We may display work we produced for you in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, hosting providers and domain registrars. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes. We will always work with you to resolve such issues, but we cannot guarantee outcomes on platforms we do not own.

8. Eligibility and restrictions

Our services are offered to businesses and organizations located in the United States. We do not sell to consumers for personal use, and we do not currently accept clients outside the United States. We do not provide services to businesses in industries prohibited by our payment processor or by the advertising platforms we work with, including but not limited to adult content, illegal products or services, and unlicensed financial or pharmaceutical offerings.

9. Promotions and discounts

We do not currently offer promotions, discounts, free trials or introductory pricing. If we introduce one in the future, its full conditions will be published on this website before you are asked to agree to it.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business results such as a particular number of leads, sales, followers or search rankings, because those depend on market factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before starting any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by direct discussion.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you approve a proposal is the version that applies to that engagement. Material changes affecting ongoing monthly services will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
