Peleg Web Services is a digital services business located in Los Angeles, California, United States. We provide website design, social media management and advertising management to businesses. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and in the course of providing those services. We are the party responsible for the information described here.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form submissions. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
- Direct communications. Anything you send us by email or tell us by phone.
- Client information. If you become a client, the business details, content, brand assets and platform access needed to do the work you hired us for.
Information collected automatically
Our website is a set of static pages. It does not require an account, and it does not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
Payment information
We do not collect or store payment card details. When you pay an invoice, your card details are entered directly on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe tells us only whether the payment succeeded, along with the last four digits and card brand for our records.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To provide, manage and improve the services you hired us for.
- To send invoices and process payments.
- To keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- To protect the security and integrity of our website.
We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying to any message.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing here to opt out of, though you can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. How long we keep your information
- Inquiries that do not become projects. Deleted within 24 months.
- Client records and correspondence. Kept for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards, to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
- Payment records. Retained by Stripe under their own retention schedule.
7. How we protect your information
This website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our email, files and client accounts is protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep for legal or contractual reasons.
- Stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

9. California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is no opt-out to exercise. To make any other request, use the contact details below.
10. Children
Our services are sold to businesses. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and affects current clients, we will notify them by email.
